波纹钢腹板钢箱组合梁动力特性及参数分析

摘要 为研究波纹钢腹板钢箱组合梁(steel box composite girder with corrugated steel web,SBCSW)这一新型结构的动力特性,结合兰州某SBCSW工程实例,以截面等效换算法为原则,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立SBCSW、波纹钢腹板混凝土组合梁(concrete box composite girder with corrugated steel web,CBCSW)和混凝土箱梁(concrete box girder,CBG)的计算模型,对比研究3种截面类型组合梁的动力特性,并将有限元模拟结果与理论计算值进行对比,验证有限元模拟的精确性。选取组合梁的顶板厚度、腹板厚度和底板厚度为分析指标,以单片梁、简支梁、连续梁和刚构梁为分析对象,研究不同参数对不同类型SBCSW动力特性的影响,为SBCSW的设计及动力分析提供参考。 This work aimed at the study on the dynamic characteristics of a new type of structure,steel box composite girder with corrugated steel web(SBCSW).A calculation mode for the SBCSW,the concrete box composite girder with corrugated steel web(CBCSW)and concrete box gider(CBG)was established by finite element software ABAQUS based on the principle of section equivalent conversion method,taking the SBCSW engineering in Lanzhou as an example.The dynamic characteristics of three types of composite girders were compared,and the finite element simulation results were compared with the theoretical calculation results to verify the accuracy of the finite element simulation.The thickness of top plate,web plate and bottom plate of the composite girder were taken as the analysis indexes,and the single girder,the simply supported girder,the continuous girder,and the rigid frame girder were taken as the analysis objects.The influences of different parameters on the dynamic characteristics of different types of SBCSW were studied,which could provide a reference for the design and dynamic analysis of SBCSW.
