摘要
文章利用天牛须优化算法解决机械产品加工过程的物料配送与调度问题。在分析机械产品加工过程物料调度问题耦合关系的基础上,建立这一过程的数学模型,然后,确定优化目标并设计了适应度函数,构建用于求解的天牛须优化算法;选择某智能制造中心加工某型货车制动盘浇铸的实例,进行物料调度优化方案比选仿真,并与传统的粒子群优化算法进行对比,从而证明天牛须优化算法的可行性与高效性。
The material distribution and scheduling problem of mechanical product processing process is solved by using Beetle Antennae Search algorithm.Based on the analysis of the coupling relationship of the material scheduling problem in the mechanical product processing process,a mathematical model of this process is established,and then the optimization objective is determined and the fitness function is designed,and the Beetle Antennae Search algorithm for the solution is constructed.The material scheduling optimization scheme is simulated and compared with the traditional Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm to demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the Beetle Antennae Search algorithm.
