摘要
颗粒捕集器广泛应用于船舶尾气处理领域,经常出现内部堵塞共性难题。采用数值模拟方法对固体颗粒在微通道内的流动与沉积过程进行计算与分析,发现流动速度与颗粒尺寸对于固体颗粒在通道内的流动与沉积特性具有重要影响。研究结果表明:随着船舶废气流动速度的增加,颗粒沉积位置由入口区域逐渐向远离入口500mm的区域聚集;流动速度较小时,随着颗粒尺寸增加,沉积位置逐渐远离通道入口,而当流动速度较大时,随着颗粒尺寸增加,沉积位置逐渐靠近通道入口。
Particle traps are widely used in the ship field,and they are often blocked by particles.Software Fluent is used to calculate and analyze the flow and deposition process of solid particles in microchannels.It is found that the flow velocity and particle size have important impacts on the flow and deposition characteristics of solid particles in the channel.The results show that with the increase of the flow velocity of ship exhaust gas,the particle deposition location gradually accumulates from the inlet area to the area 500 mm away from the inlet.When the flow velocity is small,the deposition position gradually moves away from the channel inlet with the increase of particle size,while when the flow velocity is large,the deposition position gradually approaches the channel inlet with the increase of particle size.
