燃料电池用爪式氢气循环泵性能影响因素分析

摘要 文章设计了3种间隙的爪式氢气循环泵,在氢气环境试验台上完成了氢气循环泵的性能测试,并且采用相同的方法测试了某罗茨式氢气循环泵。结果表明:进气压力和压升不变时,转速增加时,流量、容积效率、功率和系统效率均增加;转速和压升不变时,间隙越小的氢气循环泵的流量和容积效率越大,功率越低,系统效率越高;压升和转速不变时,流量随进气压力增加而增加。与罗茨氢泵相比,在相同进气压力和最高转速下,爪式泵的流量受压升的影响更小,容积效率和效系统率更高。 Three kinds of clearance claw-type hydrogen circulation pump are designed,and the performance test of the hydrogen circulation pump is completed on the hydrogen environment test-bed,and a roots type hydrogen circulating pump is tested for the same method.The results show that the flow rate,volumetric efficiency,power and system efficiency increase with the increase of rotating speed when the inlet pressure and pressure rise are constant.The flow rate and volumetric efficiency increase with the decrease of clearance,the lower of power and the higher of system efficiency when the rotating speed and pressure rise are constant.The flow rate increases with the increase of inlet pressure when the pressure rise and the rotational speed are constant.Compared with roots type hydrogen circulating pump,claw pump has less influence on flow rate,higher volumetric efficiency and system efficiency under the same inlet pressure and maximum rotating speed.
