摘要
低温微量润滑(CMQL)作为节能环保的绿色加工技术,在航空航天等高端制造业中逐渐有替代传统切削液的趋势。针对航空制造业中常用的铝合金、钛合金和钢三种材料设计正交试验,并验证设定温度、微量润滑油量、进给速度对切削温度的影响。试验数据分析表明,应用CMQL技术可有效降低切削温度;在铝合金与钢的铣削中设定温度对切削温度的影响最大;在钛合金铣削中,微量润滑油量对切削温度的影响最大。
As an energy saving and environmentally friendly green-machining technology,cryogenic minimum quantity lubrication(CMQL)is gradually replacing the traditional cutting fluid in aerospace and other high-end manufacturing industries.An orthogonal test is designed for the materials commonly used in aviation manufacturing industry,such as aluminum,titanium and steel,to verify the effect of parameters of cryogenic setting temperature,lubrication quantity and feed rate on cutting temperature.Based on the test data,the application of CMQL is viable to reduce the cutting temperature.In the milling process of aluminum and steel,cryogenic setting temperature is the main influence facter on cutting temperature.In the titanium milling process,lubrication quantity is the main influence facter on cutting temperature.
