摘要
为了研究磁弹磨粒在双磁盘磁力钝化中对硬质合金刀具刃口形貌的影响,基于双磁盘磁力钝化设备,采用不同质量、不同粒径的磁弹磨粒和不同刀具转速进行钝化实验,针对在实验中所获得的刀具刃口参数,利用MATLAB软件建立数学模型对刀具刃口形貌进行仿真。实验表明,在磁弹磨粒填充量为20g、磁弹磨粒粒径为20目、刀具转速为40r/min时,对刀具刃口前刀面的钝化效果最好;磁弹磨粒填充量为20g、磁弹磨粒粒径为40目、刀具转速为40r/min时,对刀具刃口后刀面的钝化效果最好。
In order to study the effect of magnetic bullet abrasive grains on the morphology of carbide tool edges in double-disk magnetic passivation,based on the double-disk magnetic passivation equipment,the passivation experiments are carried out with different quality and particle size of magnetic bullet abrasive grains and different tool rotational speeds.A mathematical model is established by MATLAB to simulate the tool edge morphology for the tool edge parameters obtained in the experiments.The best effect of passivation on the front surface of the tool edge is achieved at a filling rate of 20g,a particle size of 20 mesh and a tool speed of 40r/min.The best passivation effect on the rear surface of the tool edge is achieved with the filling amount of 20g,the particle size of 40 mesh and the tool speed of 40r/min.
