摘要
目的 对医学院校教师教学效能感量表(Physician Teaching Self-Efficacy Questionnaire, PTSQ)进行翻译(PTSQ-C)并检验其效度与信度。方法 应用PTSQ-C对114例医学院校教师进行测量。结果 验证性因素分析结果表明PTSQ 3个因子的结构拟合指数为CFI=0.936,TLI=0.924,SRMR=0.065,RMSEA=0.106。各维度因子负荷范围为一元自我效能感,0.642-0.774;二元自我效能感,0.631-0.812;三元自我效能感,0.965-0.982。平均内容效度S-CVI/Ave为0.96,所有条目CVI值在0.86-1.00之间。总量表内部一致性Cronbach′s alpha系数为0.894,各因子Cronbach′s alpha系数为0.875、0.842、0.991,总量表内部一致性信度为0.718。结论 PTSQ-C量表内容效度及信度较好,结构效度虽不完全理想,但综合分析可接受。
Objective To translate Physician Teaching Self-Efficacy Questionnaire(PTSQ)into a Chinese version(PTSQ-C)and test its validity and reliability.Methods PTSQ-C was used to survey 114 medical college/university teachers.Results The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the structural fit indices for the three factors of PTSQ were CFI=0.936,TLI=0.924,SRMR=0.065,and RMSEA=0.106.The load ranges of the factors respectively were 0.642-0.774 for self-regulative self-efficacy,0.631-0.812 for dyadic regulation self-efficacy,and 0.965-0.982 for triadic regulation self-efficacy.The S-CVI/Ave was 0.96,and the values of CVI of all entries were between 0.86 and 1.00.While the Cronbach′s alpha of internal consistency was 0.894,and the Cronbach′s alphas of the three factors were 0.875,0.842,and 0.991,the reliability of PTSQ-C was 0.718.Conclusion The reliability and validity of the content of PTSQ-C are good although the validity of its structure is imperfect,so the questionnaire is generally effective.
