Higher Vocational Education Serving the High-quality Development of Economy:Value Implication,Practical Dilemma and Promotion Paths

作为与经济社会紧密联系的高等职业教育,服务经济高质量发展是其历史使命,高等职业教育具有提升全要素生产率促进经济增长、提高劳动者素质实现产业转型升级、调节收入分配促进共同富裕扩大内需等价值意蕴。但目前高等职业教育发展还面临着人才供给与劳动力需求规模欠匹配、专业结构与产业结构欠吻合、人才培养水平与经济社会高质量发展欠适应等现实困境。高等职业教育应通过扩大技术技能人才培养的总体规模、调整高等职业教育人才培养的专业结构、提升高等职业教育人才培养的质量水平等路径来服务经济高质量发展。

As higher vocational education closely linked with economy and society,serving the high-quality development of economy is its historical mission,which has the value implications of enhancing total factor productivity to promote economic growth,improve labor quality to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading,adjust income distribution to promote common prosperity and expand domestic demand.However,at present,there are stll many practical dilemmas,such as the lack of matching between talent supply and labor demand scale,the lack of matching between professional structure and industrial structure,and the lack of adaptation between talent training level and the quality of economic and social development.Higher vocational education should serve the high-quality development of economy by expanding the overall scale of technical and skills talents training,adjusting the specialty structure of talents training,and improving the quality level of talents training in higher vocational education.
