摘要
论文介绍了一种除味清洗剂在酸梅饮料工厂中的应用,通过实验室和生产现场五步清洗验证,并与传统CIP(cleaning in place)酸碱清洗除味效果进行对比,结果表明:使用除味清洗剂进行CIP,对酸梅饮料的除味效果可以满足生产商生产需求。从而为食品饮料商提供方便、快捷、绿色的除味方案。
The application of a deodorizing cleaning agent in a sour plum beverage factory was studied through laboratory and production site five step cleaning validation,and compared with the traditional CIP(Clean in Place)acid-base cleaning deodorization effect.The results show that using a deodorizer for CIP cleaning can meet the production needs of manufacturers in terms of deodorizing the sour plum beverage.Thus providing convenient,fast,and green deodorization solutions for food and beverage manufacturers.
