“Creating an excellent living environment”is one of the tasks of ecological civilization construction in China,and also the central goal of China’s urban work.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the construction of urban ecological civilization and devoted himself to building cities into beautiful homes where people and nature coexist harmoniously,and has systematically formed Xi Jinping’s important thesis on urban ecological civilization construction by closely following the new development concept and the changes of the times.This important statement highlights that the Communist Party of China always adheres to the development concept of people first,and contains the value concept of people first,the overall idea of taking into account and the development idea of adapting to local conditions.In the new journey of the past,the in-depth practice of Xi Jinping’s important thesis on urban ecological civilization construction should be based on the“five lines”of urban planning to enrich and develop low-carbon urban operation mode;the scale of modern urban construction should be reasonably controlled based on the scale of resource and environmental carrying capacity;“the three spaces”of the city should be used as the coordinates to jointly create a new city,together to create a beautiful home ecological livability.
