乡村振兴背景下城乡义务教育一体化研究

城乡义务教育一体化是当前社会发展到一定程度而出现的必然趋势,这一举措有助于推动乡村振兴战略有效实施、推进城乡义务教育均衡发展、推动城乡义务教育公平实现。但是,当前我国城乡义务教育一体化发展遭遇诸多现实困境,即存在认识偏差、城乡义务教育资源供给不均衡、教师队伍城乡不均,财政投入失衡。乡村振兴背景下,需要树立城乡义务教育整体发展理念,均衡配置教育资源,加强农村教师队伍建设,统筹城乡财政投入,加强农村义务教育各项保障。

The integrated of urban and rural compulsory education is an inevitable trend that has emerged with the current social development to a certain extent.The measure helps to promote the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,promote the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education,and promote the fair realization of urban and rural compulsory education.At present,the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education in China has encountered many practical difficulties,including cognitive biases,imbalanced supply of compulsory education resources between urban and rural areas,uneven teaching staff between urban and rural areas,and imbalanced financial investment.In the context of rural revitalization,it is necessary to establish the overall development concept of urban and rural compulsory education,balance the allocation of educational resources,strengthen the construction of rural teacher teams,coordinate urban and rural financial investment,and strengthen various guarantees for rural compulsory education.
