共同特征与中国特色维度下的中国式现代化测度

Common Features and Chinese-Style Modernization Measurement in the Context of Chinese Characteristics

从中国式现代化的本质要求和目标原则出发,初步构建中国式现代化指标体系。结合数据对2012—2021年中国式现代化发展状况进行测度。以现代化的共同特征和中国特色二维向度作为指标划分的基础,突出评价中国式现代化区别于一般现代化的特征。研究显示,中国式现代化总指数呈不断上升趋势;共同特征指数增长较快,中国特色指数则增长趋缓。未来,中国式现代化建设需继续强化党的领导,确保宏观政策的连续性和稳定性,提高自主创新能力和技术扩散效率,增加居民的要素收入和财产性收入,坚定不移推进高水平对外开放,推动构建和谐世界。

Starting from the essential requirements,goals and principles,the paper preliminarily constructed an indicator system of Chinese-style modernization,and then used the data to measure the development status of Chinese-style modernization from 2012 to 2021.Setting the common features of modernization and the two-dimensional orientation of Chinese-style characteristics as the base to classify the indicators,the paper prominently evaluated the characteristics of Chinese-style modernization differing from that of general modernization.The results revealed that,the total index of Chinese-style modernization has showed a constantly rising trend.The indices of common features grew fastly,while the indices of Chinese characteristics showed a slightly slower speed.Next,Chinese-style modernization construction has to make efforts from following aspects,including strengthening the leadershlp of the CPC,ensuring the continuity and stability of macro policies,improving independent innovation capability and technology diffusion efficiency,increasing residents’factor income and property income,constantly embracing high-standard opening-up,as well as building a harmonious world.
