摘要
地质灾害是人类经济社会进程的重要影响因素,是自然灾害的重要组成部分。在全球变暖和人类工程活动频繁的背景下,因洪涝灾害、地震灾害、工程活动引发的地质灾害愈演愈烈。我国是受地质灾害威胁最严重的国家之一,地质灾害调查大体经历了四个发展阶段,即起步期、提升期、发展期和转型期,取得了显著成效。随着新时代科技革命和数字中国、美丽中国建设,地质灾害调查将向着高科技、高质量、高精度方向发展,形成以技防为主、群测群防与实地踏勘为辅的符合我国国情的地质灾害调查新模式。
Geological disasters are important influencing factors in human economic and social processes,and are an important component of natural disasters.Against the backdrop of global warming and frequent human engineering activities,geological disasters caused by floods,earthquakes,and engineering activities are becoming increasingly severe.China is one of the countries most severely threatened by geological disasters.Geological disaster investigation has gone through four stages of development,namely the initial stage,the improvement stage,the development stage,and the transformation stage,and has achieved significant results.With the technological revolution in the new era and the construction of a digital China and a beautiful China,geological disaster investigation will develop towards high-tech,high-quality,and high-precision directions,forming a new model of geological disaster investigation that is in line with China’s national conditions,with technical prevention as the main focus,group measurement and prevention,and on-site exploration as auxiliary.
