PLC冗余系统在矿山自动化领域的研究与应用

摘要 近年来,随着矿山自动化建设的不断推进,矿山企业对控制系统的稳定性及安全性提出了越来越多的要求。根据对控制系统安全与稳定需求,逐渐推出了冗余CPU系统及环网网络架构,该种网络架构经过近年来的发展,已在广大矿山企业推广使用,取得了良好的应用效果。本文主要基于西门子SIMATICS7-1500R/H系列冗余控制系统,介绍其网络架构的搭建及应用。 In recent years,with the continuous advancement of mining automation construction,mining enterprises have put forward more and more requirements for the stability and safety of control systems.According to the requirements for the safety and stability of control systems,redundant CPU systems and ring network architectures have gradually been introduced.This network architecture has been developed in recent years and has been widely used in mining enterprises,achieving good application results.This paper mainly introduces the redundant control system of Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500R/H series,and the construction and application of its network architecture.
