摘要
贵州某铝土矿是全国首次采用综合机械化开采的方式进行铝土矿开采的矿山之一。针对其开采过程中出现的矿层赋存不稳定、回采率低及设备磨蚀严重等问题,提出在铝土矿特殊地段采用掘进机械化采矿方法,并设计了三种方案。通过三种方案的主要技术特征、优缺点及投资成本对比,优化了铝土矿特殊地段综掘壁采三机配套方案。
A certain bauxite mine in Guizhou is one of the first mines in China to adopt a comprehensive mechanized mining method for mining.In order to the unstable occurrence of ore layers,low recovery rate,and severe equipment wear and tear during the mining process,providing three supporting schemes for comprehensive excavation and wall mining in special sections of bauxite mines.Comparing the three solutions,it is optimized the supporting plan for the three machines.
