地矿特色测绘类硕士生跨学科创新能力培养模式探索

摘要 测绘地理信息与地矿行业深度交叉与融合,培养具有地矿特色的测绘类硕士研究生具有重要意义。本文基于培养实践过程的经验总结,分析了当前跨学科研究生培养制约因素,提出了树立跨学科培养目标、完善跨学科课程体系、实现多学科多导师联合培养机制、构建跨学科学术交流和科研合作平台四个方面的创新能力培养方法,最后建立了着重塑造交叉学科知识体系和跨学科创新思维的培养模式,对培育地矿领域内具有创新能力的复合型测绘地理信息人才提供了新的思路。 It is of great significance to cultivate postgraduates in geomatics with geological and mining features because of the deep intersection and fusion between geomatics and geology and mining industry.Based on experience summary of cultivation practice,this paper analyzes the restrictive factors of current interdisciplinary postgraduate training,and puts forward four innovation ability training methods including establish interdisciplinary training objectives,improve the interdisciplinary curriculum system,realize the multi-disciplinary and multi-tutor joint training mechanism,construction of interdisciplinary academic exchange and scientific research cooperation platform.Finally,this paper establishes a training mode focus on shaping interdisciplinary knowledge system and interdisciplinary innovation thinking,and it provides a new idea for cultivating compound geomatics talents with innovation ability in the geological and mining field.
