Since the 18th CPC National Congress,sci-tech innovation has been elevated to unprecedented strategic heights.Throughout human history,different stages of development have distinct main driving forces.Since modern times,several sci-tech revolutions have raised the productivity level of human society in a straight line,and sci-tech innovation has become a key variable driving social change.As an organizational model,new R&D institutes are not only a passive need for such changes,but also actively promote sci-tech innovation and social change through continuous improvement.
