Research on Countermeasures to Solve Urban Traffic Congestionin Information Age

本文针对城市交通拥堵的特点,通过分析交通拥堵的概念与影响因素,从城市规划、路网建设、公共交通、城市停车场供求关系以及交通管理几个方面探讨了城市交通拥堵产生的原因,从城市规划、道路通行网络建设、停车设施优化、智能交通信息技术应用、交通管理等几个方面论述城市交通拥堵治理对策及建议,结合城市交通拥堵特性,充分利用信息技术平台,打造交通智慧城市,落实节能减排、低碳环保的交通管理理念,为城市交通拥堵的治理提供解决思路。

Aiming at the characteristics of urban traffic congestion,this paper firstly analyzes the concept and influencing factors of traffic congestion,and discusses the causes of urban traffic congestion from the aspects of urban planning,road network construction,public transport,supply and demand relationship of urban parking lot and traffic management.Then,the countermeasures and suggestions of urban traffic congestion control and treatment are discussed from urban planning,road network construction,parking facility optimization,intelligent traffic information technology application,traffic management and other aspects.Combined with the characteristics of urban traffic congestion,the information technology platform is fully utilized to build a smart traffic city and implement the traffic management concept of energy saving,emission reduction,low carbon and environmental protection.It provides solutions for the governance of urban traffic congestion.
