摘要
当前正处于脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴的衔接过渡期,为进一步发挥科技创新的支撑作用,本文基于科技帮扶实践,重点提出一种以党建为引领的“创新要素+”科技创新助推乡村振兴模式并进行示范推广,剖析其在实施过程中的制约因素并给出对策建议,以期为高质量推进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接提供参考。
At present,we are in a transitional period between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.In order to further leverage the supporting role of sci-tech innovation,this paper is based on the practice of sci-tech assistance,focusing on proposing a"innovative elements+"sci-tech innovation mode led by party building to promote rural revitalization,and demonstrating and promoting it.This paper analyzes the constraints in the implementation process and provide countermeasures and suggestions,to provide reference for the effective connection between high-quality poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
