衡阳市科技型企业绩效创新管理优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Performance Innovation Management for Sci-tech Enterprises in Hengyang City

本文为提升科技型企业绩效创新管理,促进科技型企业更长足长远发展,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法以及模糊层次分析法对科技型企业绩效创新管理优化进行了探讨研究,结果发现科技型企业财务绩效创新管理占比权重最大,为0.2833。进而针对提升科技型企业绩效创新管理策略提出相应对策与建议:科学设定绩效创新管理内部结构、建立科技型企业绩效创新管理建议渠道、细化各维度绩效创新管理指标内容,以期为科技型企业提供借鉴与参考。

In order to improve the performance innovation management of sci-tech enterprises and promote their long-term development,this article uses literature research,questionnaire survey,and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to explore and optimize the performance innovation management of sci-tech enterprises.The results show that the financial performance innovation management of sci-tech enterprises has the highest proportion and weight,with a value of 0.2833.Furthermore,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to enhance the performance innovation management strategies of sci-tech enterprises:scientifically setting the internal structure of performance innovation management,establishing channels for suggesting performance innovation management in sci-tech enterprises,refining the content of performance innovation management indicators in various dimensions,in order to provide reference and reference for sci-tech enterprises.
