换流站阀冷系统轻微渗漏故障原因分析及查找方法

摘要 针对换流站阀冷系统轻微渗漏水,结合事件报文和现场检查情况,通过对阀冷系统氮气稳压结构原理、膨胀罐液位的保护逻辑、阀冷系统漏水告警和跳闸的配合时序进行综合分析,提出了一种换流站阀冷轻微渗漏确定及故障查找方法,为换流站运检管理和故障处置提供参考。 In view of the slight seepage of water in the valve cooling system of the converter station,combined with the event message and the on-site inspection,through the comprehensive analysis of the principle of the nitrogen pressure stabilization structure of the valve cooling system,the protection logic of the expansion tank level,the valve cooling system seepage alarm and the timing of the tripping,a method of determining the slight seepage of the valve cooling system of the converter station and finding the fault is proposed,which provides a reference for the operation and inspection management and fault disposal of the converter station.
