BIM技术在建设项目施工成本管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Construction Cost Management of Construction Projects

针对建设项目成本管理过程复杂、涉及内容较多的问题,本文指出将BIM技术引入到建设项目施工成本管理中可以解决诸多实际问题。首先,介绍了BIM技术的产生,并分析了BIM技术在成本管理中应用的可行性;其次,阐述了BIM技术在设计阶段、施工阶段及竣工阶段成本管理中的应用,重点论述了BIM技术在施工阶段的动态仿真模拟、现场布局模拟、数据共享等方面的应用;最后,给出了BIM技术在建设项目成本管理中应用可行、优势较为明显等相关结论。本次研究内容较为全面系统,具有一定的现实意义。

Aiming at the Problems that the process of construction project cost management is complex and involves a lot of contents,this paper points out that the introduction of BIM technology into construction project cost management can solve many practical problems.First of all,this paper introduces the emergence of BIM technology and analyzes the feasibility of its application in cost management;secondly,this paper expounds the application of BIM technology in the cost management of the design stage,construction stage and completion stage,focusing on the application of BIM technology in the dynamic simulation,on-site layout simulation,data sharing and other aspects of the construction stage;finally,this paper gives the conclusion that the application of BIM technology in construction project cost management is feasible and has obvious advantages.This research is relatively comprehensive and systematic,and has certain practical significance.
