大跨度实心板拱桥悬拼钢拱架设计与应用

摘要 拱桥施工受到地形约束,可采用现浇或悬臂浇筑,施工方案选择对拱桥施工质量至关重要。本文介绍了贵州地区拱桥施工方案比选,分别论证落地支架现浇、悬臂浇筑、悬拼拱架现浇3种方案的优缺点,重点对拱桥中悬臂拼装钢拱架方案进行撰写。对悬拼拱架设计方案,从构造设计、结构强度、刚度及大跨度拱架稳定性方面进行分析。完成了大跨度实心板拱桥悬拼安装钢拱架现浇拱桥的施工,从拱架设计、安装到应用总结施工经验,为类似工程提供参考。 The construction of arch bridge is constrained by the terrain,so cast-in-situ or cantilever pouring can be adopted.The selection of construction scheme is very important to the construction quality of arch bridge.This paper introduces the comparison and selection of arch bridge construction schemes in Guizhou,demonstrates the advantages and disadvantages of three schemes:floor support cast-in-situ,cantilever pouring and cantilever assembled arch frame cast-in-situ,and focuses on the writing of cantilever assembled steel arch frame scheme in arch bridge.The design scheme of cantilever assembled arch frame is analyzed from the aspects of structural design,structural strength,stiffness and stability of long-span arch frame.The construction of cantilever assembled steel arch frame cast-in-situ arch bridge with long-span solid slab arch bridge has been completed,and the construction experience has been summarized from arch frame design,installation to application,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
