低空无人机遥感技术在河湖监管中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对河湖监管中人工外业巡查及信息收集实时性较差、成本较高,难以达到全面、及时、高效监管目标的问题,本文立足于河湖监管中常用方法,引入无人机遥感技术,通过无人机技术获取研究区正射影像、三维模型、地理信息、违法目标图斑等信息,快速提取违法目标,提高河湖监管效率。试验证明:无人机遥感技术在河湖监管的应用中数据可靠、效率更高,能够在保证足够精度的前提下提高违法目标的提取效率。该方法对河湖水域岸线全方位、全过程监测管理、恢复河湖水域岸线生态功能具有重要意义,以期为相关部门的决策提供依据。 To address the problems of poor real-time and high cost of manual field inspection and information collection in river and lake supervision,difficult to achieve comprehensive,timely and efficient supervision objectives,based on the common methods in river and lake supervision,this paper introduces UAV remote sensing technology to obtain information such as orthophotos,3D models,geographic information and illegal target patches in the study area through UAV technology,to quickly extract illegal targets and improve the efficiency of river and lake supervision.The test proves that:the UAV remote sensing technology has reliable data and higher efficiency in the application of river and lake supervision,and improves the extraction efficiency of illegal targets while ensuring sufficient accuracy.The method is of great significance to the all-round and whole process monitoring and management of river and lake water shoreline and restoration of ecological functions of river and lake water shoreline,and can provide a basis for decision-making of relevant departments.
