铁基纳米酶的分类和应用

摘要 我国科学家阎锡蕴等在2007年发现Fe3O4纳米颗粒本身存在类似过氧化物酶的催化活性,此后有关纳米酶的研究迅速崛起。本文通过总结天然酶的发展历程及特点,分析了纳米酶这一种兼具纳米材料特性和催化功能的模拟酶,克服了天然酶提纯复杂、产量低、易失活等缺点。而铁基纳米酶作为最早被发现的纳米酶因其具有的低毒性、制取技术简便、成本低廉、性能可控等优点,在医学、农业、环境等领域得到广泛应用。本文综述了铁基纳米酶的分类及其在抗菌、肿瘤治疗、成像、分析检测和环境治理等领域的应用发展,并据此提出了展望。 Since the discovery of the horseradish peroxidase-like catalytic property of Fe3O4 nanomaterials in 2007 by the Chinese scientist YAN Xiyun,the field of nanozymes has been rapidly rising and widely concerned.This paper summaries the development course and characteristics of natural enzyme,analyzes nanozyme which is a kind of simulated enzyme with characteristics of nanomaterials and catalytic function,overcomes the shortcomings of natural enzyme such as complex purification,low yield and easy inactivation.As the earliest discovered nanozyme,Iron-based nanozymes have the advantages of high catalytic activity,low toxicity,simple preparation,low cost,controllable performance,etc.,and have been widely investigated in medicine,agriculture,environment,and other fields.In this paper,the classification of iron based nanozyme and its development in the fields of antibacterial,tumor therapy,imaging,analysis,detection,and environment are reviewed.According to this,the development prospect of iron based nanozyme is prospected.
