中医药院校生物安全教育——依据、目标和路径

Biosafety Education in Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges and Universities:Basis,Goal and Path

[目的]聚焦和探讨中医药院校开展生物安全教育的现实依据、目标向度、实践路径。[方法]解读生物安全形势和中医药院校责任义务,分析中医药院校开展生物安全教育的目标,探讨当前开展生物安全教育的具体有效路径。[结果]中医药院校开展生物安全教育是应对严峻生物安全形势的题中之义,是防范化解生物安全风险的必然要求,是开展科研教学的责任和义务。中医药院校开展生物安全教育,坚持工具性目标和价值性目标的统一,既要满足学校生物安全防控需要,又要涵养真正的共同体价值意识。中医药院校可从强化中医药生物安全学科研究、“思政课”协同、中医药文化涵养、科技“短视频”、学生自我教育、生物安全法治宣传等方面,不断推进生物安全教育。[结论]中医药院校生物安全教育的力度与生物安全治理的进度、深度和广度关系密切,加强中医药院校生物安全教育,进一步提高师生生物安全防范意识,有助于切实筑牢国家生物安全屏障。

[Objective]To focus on and explore the practical basis,target direction and practice path of biosafety education in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)colleges and universities.[Methods]Explain the biosafety situation and the responsibilities and obligations of TCM colleges and universities,analyze the goals of carrying out biosafety education in TCM colleges and universities,and explore the specific and effective ways to carry out biosafety education.[Results]The biosafety education in TCM colleges and universities is the meaning of how to deal with the severe biosafety situation,the inevitable requirement to prevent and defuse biosafety risks,and the responsibility and obligation to carry out scientific research and teaching.TCM colleges and universities should carry out biosafety education and adhere to the unity of instrumental goals and value goals,which should not only meet the needs of school biosafety prevention and control,but also cultivate the real community value consciousness.TCM colleges and universities can continuously promote biosafety education from the aspects of strengthening the research of TCM biosafety discipline,“ideological and political courses”coordination,TCM culture conservation,scientific and technological“short video”,students’self-education,and biosafety legal publicity.[Conclusion]The strength of biosafety education in TCM colleges and universities is closely related to the progress,depth and breadth of biosafety governance to some extent.By strengthening biosafety education in TCM colleges and universities,the biosafety awareness of teachers and students should be further improved,and the national biosafety barrier should be effectively strengthened.
