摘要
《中学教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准(试行)》中明确了包含“教学实践能力”在内的四大能力要求,为师范生培养提供了依据。本研究提炼了化学师范生教学实践能力结构框架,包括专业知识认知能力、教学设计能力和教学实施能力等3项核心要素。基于化学师范生教学实践能力结构框架和学习进阶相关研究构建了化学师范生教学实践能力学习进阶模型,并探索了基于化学师范生教学实践能力学习进阶的教学设计与实施方略。
The Professional Competence Standards for Teachers of Normal College Students in Secondary Education(Trial)clearly defines four competence requirements,including“teaching practical ability”,which provides the basis for the training of normal university students.This study refined the structural framework of teaching practice ability of chemistry normal university students,which including three core elements:professional knowledge cognition ability,teaching design ability and teaching implementation ability.Based on the structural framework of teaching practice ability of chemistry normal university students and related research of learning progression,the model of teaching practical ability learning progression of chemistry normal university students is constructed.Meanwhile,this paper explores teaching design and implementation strategy based on teaching practice ability learning progression of chemistry normal college students.
