摘要
新《职业教育法》明确了校企联合培养是中国特色学徒制人才培养的主模式,促进教育培训并举是中国特色学徒制扩容增量的主渠道,构建职业教育体系是中国特色学徒制提质增效的主动力,指明了中国特色学徒制未来发展方向。针对中国特色学徒制推进中存在的企业育人主体作用不突出、学徒培养体系不完善、制度覆盖不全面等现实问题,提出了以新《职业教育法》为引领,坚持市场导向、强化顶层设计,深化产教融合、构筑多元办学格局,完善学徒培养体系、提升学徒培养质量等措施,培育培训并举、扩大学徒培养范围,推进高层次高质量中国特色学徒制发展。
The new“Vocational Education Law”makes it clear that the school-enterprise joint training is the main mode of modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,the promotion of education and training is the main channel for the expansion and increment of modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,and the construction of vocational education system is the driving force for improving the quality and efficiency of modern apprenticeships with Chinese characteristics.It points out the future development direction of modern apprenticeships with Chinese characteristics.Aiming at the practical problems existing in the promotion of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,such as the lack of a prominent role of enterprise as the main body of education,the imperfection of the apprenticeship training system and the incomplete coverage of the system,this paper puts forward that under the guidance of the new Vocational Education Law,we should adhere to market orientation and strengthen top-level design,deepen industry-education integration and build a pluralistic school-running pattern,improve the apprenticeship training system and improve the quality of apprenticeship training,simultaneously develop training and expand the scope of apprentice training to promote the development of high-level and highquality modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.
