摘要 伴随着碳达峰和碳中和计划的推出,建立健全绿色低碳循环发展的经济体系是我们的首要任务。如今,太阳能光伏电池板作为一种重要的绿色、环保新能源结构模式进入了快速发展期,使得其上游基础材料多晶硅的生产工艺备受关注。简述目前国内主流的多晶硅生产工艺(改良西门子法、流化床法、硅烷法等)及其工艺特点,结合目前多晶硅生产工艺现状及产品特点,提出推动多晶硅生产工艺发展的建议。 With the launch of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality plans,establishing a sound economic system for green and low-carbon circular development is our primary task.Nowadays,solar photovoltaic panels,as an important green and environmentally friendly new energy structure model,have entered a rapid development period,making the production process of their upstream basic material,polycrystalline silicon,highly concerned.Briefly describe the current mainstream polysilicon production processes in China(such as improved Siemens method,fluidized bed method,silane method,etc.)and their process characteristics.Based on the current status of polysilicon production processes and product characteristics,propose suggestions to promote the development of polysilicon production processes.
