四川省天然气储气能力建设现状分析与建议

Analysis and Suggestions of Natural Gas Storage Capacity Construction in Sichuan Province

储气设施是促进天然气供需动态平衡、增强供应保障能力的重要基础设施,加强天然气储气设施建设一直被视为保障我国能源安全的重要工作。四川省作为国家清洁能源基地,大力支持推进天然气产业发展,为保障全省民生用气提供了强有力的支持,但四川省储气设施匮乏,储气能力建设严重滞后。基于国家储气能力建设的总体要求,结合四川省储气设施的建设、运营现状,分析四川省储气设施建设、运营存在的问题和困难,提出针对性的建议和措施,为提升四川省天然气储气能力建设和运营管理水平提供参考。

Gas storage facilities are important infrastructure for promoting the dynamic balance of natural gas supply and demand and enhancing supply guarantee capabilities.Strengthening the construction of natural gas storage facilities has always been regarded as an important task to ensure China's energy security.As a national clean energy base,Sichuan Province strongly supports the development of the natural gas industry and provides strong support for ensuring the livelihood of the province's gas consumption.However,due to the lack of gas storage facilities in Sichuan Province,the construction of gas storage capacity is seriously lagging behind.Based on the overall requirements of national gas storage capacity construction,combined with the current construction and operation status of gas storage facilities in Sichuan Province,this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the construction and operation of gas storage facilities in Sichuan Province,and proposes targeted suggestions and measures to provide reference for improving the construction and operation management level of gas storage capacity in Sichuan Province.
