摘要 针对W油田S区域注水管线腐蚀情况,经水质分析、腐蚀产物分析等,明确了造成注水管线及相关设备腐蚀穿孔的机理,结合现场腐蚀情况,通过源头预防、过程管控,及时采取科学合理的防腐、治腐措施,使注水系统管线、设备的穿孔次数降低了42%,设备维修费用节支35%,防腐、治腐效益显著。 In response to the corrosion situation of the water injection pipeline in the S area of W oilfield,through water quality analysis and corrosion product analysis,the mechanism causing corrosion perforation of the water injection pipeline and related equipment has been clarified.Combined with the on-site corrosion situation,scientific and reasonable anti-corrosion and anti-corruption measures have been taken in a timely manner through source prevention and process control,resulting in a 42%reduction in the perforation frequency of the water injection system pipeline and equipment,a 35%savings in equipment maintenance costs,and significant anti-corrosion and anti-corruption benefits.
