摘要
辐照交联聚烯烃绝缘电线作为一种环保电线,其绝缘断裂伸长率偏低会造成长期使用中绝缘破损而降低使用寿命以及原材料浪费而使产品成本上升。为此,提出了该六西格玛改进(DMAIC)项目,通过定义、测量、分析、改进、控制各阶段层层推进,将WDZC-BYJ-105辐照交联聚烯烃绝缘电线绝缘断裂伸长率合格率水平由原来的87.5%提升至99.5%,基本消除了不合格现象,并且过程能力指数C_(pk)>1.33,可维持过程改进成果。由此表明本次DMAIC改进效果显著。
The irradiation cross-linked polyolefin insulated wire,as an environmentally friendly wire,has a low insulation elongation at break,which can cause insulation damage during long-term use,reduce service life,waste raw materials,and increase product costs.To this end,the six sigma improvement(DMAIC)project is proposed.Through define,measure,analyze,improve,and control each stage,the qualification rate of insulation elongation at break for WDZC-BYJ-105 irradiation cross-linked polyolefin insulated wire is increased from 87.5%to 99.5%,basically eliminating the nonconformity phenomenon.And the process capability index C_(pk) is greater than 1.33,which can maintain the results of process improvement.This indicates that the improvement effect of this DMAIC is significant.
