PVC管状试件失重试验结果不确定度的评定

摘要 相对于常规电线电缆的聚氯乙烯(PVC)哑铃状试件失重试验具有较完整的不确定度评定与分析,主要用于小规格电线电缆的PVC管状试件失重试验的不确定度评定与分析的研究有所缺失。为此,建立PVC管状试件失重试验测量数学模型,分析试验结果测量不确定度的来源,制定其不确定度的评定方法和步骤,最终获得准确的评定结果。同时,创新性采用均匀性检验方法对制取试件尺寸的均匀性进行评定,通过规范制取试件尺寸,确保PVC管状试件失重试验结果的准确性和可靠性。 The loss mass test of PVC dumbbell specimens for conventional wires and cables has a relatively complete evaluation and analysis of uncertainty,and there is a lack of research on the evaluation and analysis of uncertainty in the loss mass test of PVC tubular specimens for small size wires and cables.To this end,a mathematical model for the loss mass test measurement of PVC tubular specimens is established,the sources of measurement uncertainty in the test results are analyzed,and the evaluation methods and steps for the uncertainty are developed to ultimately obtain accurate evaluation results.At the same time,the innovative uniformity inspection method is used to evaluate the uniformity of the size of the test specimen produced.By standardizing the size of the test specimen produced,the accuracy and reliability of the loss mass test results of PVC tubular specimens are ensured.
