“相互成全”还是“互相伤害”:基于不完全契约理论的高职现代产业学院建设研究

Mutual Completion or Mutual Harm:A Study on the Construction of Higher Vocational Modern Industrial College Based on Incomplete Contracting Theory

现代产业学院是新时期落实深化产教融合的独特办学单位,作为建设的主体,学校和企业之间是典型的不完全契约形态关系。按照不完全契约理论,当契约实施顺利时,学校内涵建设得到加强、企业社会声誉和人力资源建设得到提升、人才培养质量不断提高;当契约实施不顺利时,就会产生讨价还价、契约纠纷和“敲竹杠”行为。为保障不完全契约的顺利实施,需要强化支持政策的可操作性,加强司法体系建设,发挥好行业组织作用,坚持公立机构进行管理。

Modern industrial college is a unique school running unit in the new era of deepening industry-education integration.As the main body of construction,the relationship between the school and the enterprise is a typical incomplete contract form.According to the incomplete contracting theory,when the implementation of the contract is smooth,the internal construction of the school will be strengthened,the social reputation and human resources construction of the enterprise will be enhanced,and the quality of talent cultivation will be continuously improved;and when the implementation of the contract is not smooth,bargaining,contract disputes,and"knocking"behaviors will be generated.In order to guarantee the smooth implementation of incomplete contracting,it is necessary to strengthen the operability of support policies,enhance the construction of the judicial system,play a good role in industrial organizations,and insist on the management of public institutions.
