碳排放权交易促进了制造业企业绿色技术创新吗? 被引量:4

Does Carbon Emissions Trading Promote Green Technological Innovation of Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises?

摘要 制造业是国家经济命脉所系,制造业绿色化发展事关制造强国建设和美丽中国建设。本文以我国碳排放权交易试点为背景构建准自然实验,采用A股制造业上市公司2008-2020年的面板数据,建立双重差分模型,研究碳排放权交易试点政策对制造业企业绿色技术创新的影响,并从碳价格、产权性质等角度进行深入分析。研究结果表明:碳排放权交易机制显著促进了制造业企业的绿色技术创新,表明合理的环境规制政策可以降低碳排放;碳价格越高,对于制造业企业绿色技术创新的激励作用越强。异质性分析表明,碳排放权交易对民营企业、东部地区企业的绿色技术创新促进作用更为显著。本文的研究对加快完善全国碳排放权交易市场和促进企业绿色技术创新有一定的参考价值。 Manufacturing is the lifeblood of the national economy,and the green development of manufacturing is related to the construction of a manufacturing power and the construction of a beautiful China.This paper constructs a quasi-natural experiment against the background of China's carbon emission trading pilot,uses the panel data of A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2008 to 2020,establishes a double difference model,studies the impact of carbon emission trading pilot policy on green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises,and conducts in-depth analysis from the perspectives of carbon price and property rights.The results show that the carbon emission trading mechanism significantly promotes the green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises,indicating that reasonable environmental regulation policies can reduce carbon emissions.The higher the carbon price,the stronger the incentive for green technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises.The heterogeneity analysis shows that carbon emission trading has a more significant effect on private enterprises and green technology innovation in the eastern region.The research in this paper has certain reference value for accelerating the improvement of the national carbon emission trading market and supporting the innovation of green technology of enterprises.
