地方城市营商环境优化策略研究——基于湖北省H市的调查

Research on the Optimization Strategy of Local Urban Business Environment——A Survey based on H City in Hubei Province

优化营商环境就是解放生产力、提高竞争力。参照世界银行营商环境评价指标,选取了企业重视度较高的8个重点指标进行调查。结果表明,H市在政务服务效能、惠企政策落实、金融服务、要素供给等方面还需改进和提升;优化H市营商环境应聚焦精简手续环节、提高服务效能、缓解要素制约、增强企业信心等方面。

Improving the business environment means liberating productivity and improving competitiveness.According to the World Bank's business environment evaluation index,eight key indicators enterprises value are selected for investigation.The survey data show that the government service efficiency,implementation of preferential policies,financial service and factor supply need to be improved.To optimize the business environment,H City should focus on streamlining procedures,improving service efficiency,alleviating factor constraints and enhancing enterprise confidence.
