摘要
在新工科建设背景下,环境工程卓越人才的培养对我国持续推进社会主义生态文明建设具有重要的支撑作用。随着环境学科的发展,新的知识和新的技术不断产生。新时代的环境工程师需要掌握多学科的基础理论知识,具有较强的自主学习、分析、总结、提炼能力,能够综合运用多种工具解决复杂的实际问题。这就要求高校更加注重对学生实践能力和创新能力的培养。天津大学“环境分析监测”教学团队针对新工科人才培养需求,在教学内容、教学方法、教学平台等方面进行了探索和实践,为环境学科及其他工科的人才培养提供参考。
In the context of the construction of new engineering,the cultivation of outstanding talents in environ-mental engineering plays an important role in supporting China’s sustainable development of socialist ecological civilization.With the development of environmental science itself,new knowledge and new technology are con-stantly generated.Environmental engineers in the new era need to master multi-disciplinary basic theoretical knowledge,have strong ability to learn autonomously,analyze,summarize and refine,and be able to comprehen-sively use a variety of tools to solve practical complex problems.This requires more attention to the cultivation of students’practical ability and innovation ability.The Environmental Analysis and Monitoring teaching team of Tianjin University has explored and practiced new teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching platforms in response to the new needs of new engineering talent training,providing reference for the training of new engineer-ing talents in environmental disciplines and other engineering disciplines.
