摘要
面对“双一流”建设的挑战和契机,提升高校学生教育质量,培养具有多维度知识、复合型能力、全面素质的高层次创新人才,已成为当务之急。该文通过分析材料科学与工程专业“增材制造与生物医学”结合的必要性及其发展现状,从教学制度、教学手段、资源配置等方面进行了相应的改革与探索,提出专业课程的教学体制要重视材料学和生物医学的交叉融合,分析了新形势下建立多导师联合培养机制的具体思路和方法,并探究了创新跨多学科论坛模式、加强交叉类人才项目资助力度、优化资源共享方式等一系列举措,对推进增材制造与生物医学融合发展、培养高质量人才具有重要意义。
Facing the challenges and opportunities of the“double first-class”construction,it has become a top priority to improve the quality of education for college students and cultivate high-level innovative talents with multi-dimensional knowledge,compound abilities,and comprehensive qualities.This paper analyzes the neces-sity and development status of the combination of“additive manufacturing and biomedicine”in the major of mate-rials science and engineering,carries out corresponding reforms and explorations from the aspects of teaching sys-tem,teaching methods,resource allocation,etc.It proposes that the cross-integration of materials science and bio-medicine should be paid attention to in the teaching system of specialized courses,analyzes the specific ideas and methods of establishing a multi-tutor joint training mechanism under the new situation,and explores a series of measures such as innovating the interdisciplinary forum model,strengthening financial assistance for interdisci-plinary talent projects,and optimizing resource sharing methods,which are of great significance to promoting the integrated development of additive manufacturing and biomedicine and cultivating high-quality talents.
