能力导向 融通整合 立足实践——“中学化学教学设计”课程教学改革与实践

摘要 “中学化学教学设计”是高师院校化学教育类核心课程,对提升化学师范生的教学设计能力起着重要作用。因此,课程组确立了“能力导向、融通整合、立足实践”的课程改革思路,着力促进师范生由理论知识的简单识记向复杂实践问题的系统思考转化,从而提升师范生的教学设计能力和实践能力。按“化学教学设计理论—化学教学设计策略—化学教学设计综合运用”三个进阶问题,重新整合教学内容;构建了基于“翻转+实训”的UAI(Understand-Apply-Innovate)三阶混合式教学模式,为学生搭建起“理解—应用—创新”的三阶式学习“脚手架”;开发组织多类型教学案例库,丰富完善课程教学资源,形成了线上共享学习资源;构建了多元化的评价方式,关注对学生教学设计能力的发展性评价。该课程教学改革取得了丰硕的成果,学生的教学设计能力显著提升。 In the chemistry education curriculum group,Instructional Design of High School Chemistry plays an important role in improving the teaching design ability of normal university students.Therefore,the curriculum team has established the curriculum reform idea of“accommodation and integration oriented by capability and based on practice”,which aims to promote the transformation of normal university students from simple memoriza-tion of theoretical knowledge to systematic thinking of complex practical problems,so as to improve the teaching design ability and practical ability of normal university students.It includes the re-integration of the teaching con-tent according to the three advanced issues of“the theory of chemical teaching design—the strategy of chemical teaching design—the comprehensive application of chemical teaching design”.The three-level blended teaching mode of UAI(Understand-Apply-Innovate)based on“flipping and training”has been constructed to build a three-step learning“scaffolding”of UAI for students.A multi-type teaching case library has been developed and organized to enrich and improve curriculum teaching resources,having formed online shared learning resources.Diversified evaluation methods has been constructed,focusing on hierarchical evaluation and process evaluation.The practice shows that students’interest in learning has been enhanced,and the effect on improving students’teaching design ability is obvious.
