小组合作共同体评价在小学数学教学中的实践研究

Practical Research on Group Cooperation Community Evaluation in Primary School Mathematics Teaching

在教学过程中,激发学生的积极性和主动性,实现高效课堂,一直是教师们追求的最终目标。该文主要探讨在小学数学课堂中,采用小组合作教学模式的必要性,并通过对小组合作整体和小组内“师徒”结对的共同体评价的可操作性进行了举例,观察课堂教学从“以教为中心”向“以学为中心”转变的教学效果。希望能够为当前的小学数学教学工作提供一些经验借鉴。

In the teaching process,what can be done to stimulate students’enthusiasm and initiative,and achieve efficient classroom teaching has always been the ultimate goal pursued by teachers.This article mainly discusses the necessity of adopting group cooperation teaching mode in primary school mathematics classroom teaching.And by providing examples of the operability of the collective evaluation of group cooperation as a whole and the pairing of“mentors and apprentices”within the group,the teaching effect of classroom teaching transitioning from“teaching-centered”to“learning-centered”was observed.It is hoped to provide some experience and reference for the current primary school mathematics teaching work.
