以“四新”为着力点探索大学生干部培训新模式——以内蒙古森林消防总队新录用干部岗前锻炼培训工作为例

摘要 改制转隶以来,大学生干部招录成为消防队伍引进人才的重要渠道之一。为更好应对新招录大学生干部培训工作中面临的新问题、新挑战,把握新起点,抓住新机遇,坚持人才培养的关键性问题导向,以内蒙古森林消防总队新录用干部岗前培训工作实践为例,以“四新”为着力点,提出搭建培训组织形式、完善培训运行机制、健全培训高效方式、探索培训理论体系的应对策略,以期增进新录用干部的发展热情,凝心聚力,持续提升培训成效。 Since the reform and transfer,recruitment of college student cadres have become one of the important channels for the fire department to introduce talents.In order to better cope with the new problems and challenges faced in the training of newly recruited college students,grasp the new starting point,seize the new opportunities,and adhere to the key issue orientation of talent training.Taking the pre-job training practice of newly recruited cadres of the Inner Mongolia Forest Fire Department as an example,and taking the"four new"as the focus,it proposes the coping strategies of building a training organization form,improving the training operation mechanism,improving the efficient training method,and exploring the training theoretical system.It is hoped to enhance the development enthusiasm of newly recruited cadres,concentrate their efforts,and continuously improve the training effectiveness.
