微型消防站应急调度管理工作初探——以天津市津南区为例

A preliminary study of emergency dispatching management of micro fire stations——Taking Jinnan District,Tianjin as an example

当前,我国社区消防安全体系日趋完善,微型消防站已经逐渐成了处置先期火灾的重要力量,应急管理部消防局自首次提出微型消防站理念以来,始终坚持以“救早、灭小”和“3分钟到场”扑救初起火灾为目标。然而,我国社区微型消防救援站在实际运转过程中,还存在布局不合理、灭火器材缺失、人员初战能力不足等问题。因此,结合本辖区内微型消防站发展现状和存在问题,提出建设智慧微型消防站应急调度管理系统的理念,通过强化队伍信息化科技的应用,切实提升辖区微型消防站对初起火灾的实际处置能力。

At present,China's community fire safety system is becoming more and more perfect,micro-fire station has gradually become an important force to deal with the first fire,the Ministry of Fire Services since the first proposed micro-fire station concept,always adhere to the"save early,extinguish the small"and"three minutes to the scene"Fighting the initial fire as the goal.However,China's community micro fire rescue station in the actual operation of the process,there are still irrational layout,lack of fire-fighting equipment,the personnel of the initial combat capability is insufficient and other issues.Therefore,combining the development status quo and existing problems of micro fire stations in this jurisdiction,the concept of building an intelligent micro fire station emergency dispatch management system is proposed to effectively improve the actual handling capability of micro fire stations in the jurisdiction on incipient fires by strengthening the application of information technology of the team.
