某微细粒嵌布铁矿石磁选工艺研究

摘要 为了丰富国内典型微细粒嵌布铁矿石分选指标差、铁精粉品位低等生产问题的解决方案,本文以国内某微细粒嵌布铁矿石为研究对象,基于矿石组分和物相性质,系统性研究了磨矿条件、磁场强度和选别工序对铁矿石磁选的影响。研究结果表明:铁矿石原矿中铁元素主要以磁铁矿的形式存在,分布率达69.25%,脉石矿物以绿泥石为主。在磨矿细度<37μm占比为90.02%的条件下,采用“一粗两精”的弱磁选工艺可获得铁品位为62.30%,回收率为59.57%的分选指标。该研究提出了一种技术可行性良好的磁选工艺,为微细粒嵌布型磁铁矿石分选工艺研究提供技术参考。 In order to enrich the solutions to the production problems of poor sorting index and low grade of iron concentrate powder of typical micro-fine embedded iron ore in China,a domestic micro-fine embedded iron ore is taken as the research object,and the effects of grinding conditions,magnetic field strength and sorting process on iron ore magnetic separation are systematically researched based on ore components and phase properties.The results show that the iron element in the crude ore of iron ore mainly exists in the form of magnetite,with a distribution rate of 69.25%,and the gangue mineral is mainly chlorite.Under the condition that the fineness of grinding ore is<37μm accounting for 90.02%,the weak magnetic separation process of“one rough and two fine”can obtain sorting indicators of 62.30%iron grade and 59.57%recovery.This research proposes a magnetic separation process with good technical feasibility,which provides a technical reference for the research of micro-fine embedded magnetite sorting process.
