注浆加固技术在农村公路大中修工程中的应用

Application of grouting reinforcement technology in large andmedium rural highway repair engineering

在路面荷载、环境作用等因素影响下,道路在服役过程中易产生基层脱空、松散类病害,使道路的长期运营与维护存在潜在的隐患。注浆加固技术突破传统大修大建的作业模式,凭借工期短、成本低等技术优势,广泛应用于道路的养护和病害处治。本文结合浙江省某农村公路大中修工程项目,系统地介绍了注浆修复技术在道路基层加固中的施工工艺、施工成效等内容,并提出施工过程中出现的常见问题和未来研究方向,为注浆加固技术在同类工程中的推广应用提供借鉴。

Under the influence of pavement load,environmental action and other factors,the highway is prone to de-hollowing and loose diseases during its service,and there are potential hidden dangers in its long-term operation and maintenance.Grouting reinforcement technology breaks through the traditional operation mode of overhaul and construction,and is widely used in road maintenance and disease treatment by virtue of its technical advantages such as short construction period and low cost.Combined with a large and medium repair engineering of a rural highway in Zhejiang Province,the construction technology and construction results of grouting repair technology in the reinforcement of road base are systematically introduced,while common problems and future research directions in the construction process are proposed,so as to provide reference for the promotion and application of grouting reinforcement technology in similar engineering.
