计及输电网和输气网双向耦合特性的机组恢复优化决策方法 被引量:2

摘要 随着输电网中燃气机组的快速发展和输气网中关键设施电气化的不断推进,输电网和输气网耦合愈加紧密。尤其在大停电后的系统恢复期间,输气网的运行将影响到燃气机组的恢复,输电网的恢复将影响到关键电驱动设施的恢复,进而影响到输气网的运行。该文首先分析输电网和输气网在大停电后恢复过程中的动态特性及双向耦合影响,明确在机组恢复阶段考虑两网耦合的必要性;其次,计及输气网慢动态过程及两网双向耦合特性,以最大化输电网发电能力为目标,考虑两网运行约束、气网动态约束、恢复逻辑约束及双向耦合约束等,构建输电网机组恢复优化决策的混合整数线性规划模型;其中,针对气网动态特性的偏微分方程(partial differential equation,PDE)约束,采用有限差分方法转化为线性代数约束;最后,通过新英格兰10机39节点系统和比利时输气网系统构成的耦合测试系统,验证该文方法的有效性和优越性。 With the rapid development of gas-fired units in the power transmission network(PTN)and electrification of critical facilities in the gas transmission network(GTN),the two networks are closely coupled with each other.During power system restoration,start-up of gas-fired units in PTN and restoration of electricity-driven facilities in GTN are interdependent.Firstly,dynamic characteristics and interdependencies of two systems are analyzed,clarifying the necessity of considering the interdependencies of two systems in decision-making of generator start-up.Secondly,taking into account the dynamic process of GTN and the interdependencies of two systems,maximizing the power generation capability,subject to the operation constraints,dynamic constraints,restoration logic constraints,and interdependent constraints,etc.,a mixed-integer linear program of optimal decision-making for generator start-up is built.For the partial differential equation(PDE)constraints describing dynamic characteristics of the GTN,finite difference method is adopted to transform them into linear algebra ones.New England 10-machine 39-bus system and Belgium gas transmission system are used to compose a coupling system.The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are verified in case studies.
