时机理论在老年慢性病护理中的应用进展

Application of timing theory in nursing care of elderly chronic diseases

老年人慢性病病程长,病情变化缓慢,复发率高,可造成严重的心理问题,如焦虑、抑郁等。时机理论在老年慢性病护理中的应用较为广泛,主要体现在两方面,一是对老年慢性病患者的照护,主要体现在运动干预、心理干预、呼吸训练、家庭干预等方面,另一方面是对其照顾者的照护。基于时机理论的护理干预对老年慢性病患者及其照顾者具有积极意义。

The chronic disease course of the elderly is long,the condition changes slowly,the recurrence rate is high,which can cause serious psychological problems,such as anxiety,depression and so on.The application of timing theory in the nursing of elderly chronic diseases is relatively extensive,which is mainly reflected in two aspects.First,the care of elderly patients with chronic diseases is mainly reflected in sports intervention,psychological intervention,breathing train⁃ing,family intervention and other aspects.The other is the care of their caregivers.Nursing intervention based on timing theory has positive significance for the elderly patients with chronic diseases and their caregivers.
