摘要
目的建立邻氟甲苯同分异构体的分离和检测方法。方法采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为SH-Rtx-225毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm),柱温采用程序升温法;进样口温度200℃,氢火焰离子化检测器温度为250℃,分流比为20:1,流速1 ml/min。结果邻氟甲苯、间氟甲苯、对氟甲苯能有效分离,在相应的浓度范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r值均大于0.999;检测限分别为1.677,1.732,1.532μg/ml;回收率在94.43%~116.64%之间。结论本法可用于邻氟甲苯同分异构体的分离和检测。
Objective To establish a method for the separation and determination of 2-fluorotoluene isomers.Methods A GC method was adopted on a SH-Rtx-225 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm).The column temperature was raised by program.The inlet temperature was 200℃.The FID detector temperature was 250℃.The split ratio was 20:1.Nitrogen with the flow rate of 1 ml/min was used as carrier gas and the injection volume was 1μl.Results 2-Fluorotoluene,3-fluorotoluene and 4-fluorotoluene were effectively separated and there were good linear relationships between the concentrations and the peak area within the corresponding concentration ranges.The linear correlation coefficients were above 0.999.The detection limits were 1.677μg/ml,1.732μg/ml and 1.532μg/ml,respectively.The recoveries were 94.43%-116.64%.Conclusion The method can be used for the separation and determination of 2-fluorotoluene isomers.
