摘要
目的建立十六味杜鹃花丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法采用UItimate XB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.7%磷酸(三乙胺调节pH6.0)(27:73)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,进样量为10μl,检测波长403 nm,柱温25℃。结果羟基红花黄色素A在23.4411~195.3424μg/ml范围内呈线性(r=0.9996);平均回收率(n=6)为99.9%,RSD为1.4%。结论该方法灵敏度高,重复性好,测定结果准确,可用于十六味杜鹃花丸中羟基红花黄色素A的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Shiliuwei Dujuanhua Pills.Method An UItimate XB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)chromatographic column was used with methanol-0.7%phosphoric acid(triethylamine adjusted to pH 6.0)(27:73)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The injection volume was 10μl.The detection wavelength was 403 nm.The column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 23.4411-195.3424μg/ml(r=0.9996).The average recovery was 99.9%with the RSD of 1.4%(n=6).Conclusion This method has high sensitivity,good repeatability and accuracy.It can be used for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Shiliuwei Dujuanhua Pills.
