T2DM患者胰腺体积与糖代谢、微炎症状态的相关性研究

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰腺体积与糖代谢、微炎症状态的相关性。方法:选取T2DM患者、空腹血糖受损者、糖耐量异常者、健康志愿者各80例分别作为研究组、空腹血糖受损组、糖耐量异常组、对照组。分析T2DM患者胰腺体积与糖代谢、微炎症状态的关系。结果:与空腹血糖受损组、糖耐量异常组、对照组相比,研究组胰腺体积降低(P<0.05),FPG、OGTT 2h血糖、2h PBG、HbAc1水平升高(P<0.05);研究组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α和ASAA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示T2DM患者胰腺体积与FPG、OGTT 2h血糖、2h PBG、HbA1c、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、ASAA呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM患者胰腺体积与糖代谢、微炎症状态密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between pancreatic volume and glucose metabolism and micro inflammation state in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods:80 patients with T2DM,impaired fasting blood glucose,impaired glucose tolerance,and healthy volunteers were selected as the study group,impaired fasting blood glucose group,impaired glucose tolerance group,and control group,respectively.Analyze the relationship between pancreatic volume,glucose metabolism,and micro inflammatory status in T2DM patients.Results:Compared with the impaired fasting blood glucose group,impaired glucose tolerance group and control group,the pancreatic volume in the study group decreased(P<0.05),while the levels of FPG,OGTT 2h blood glucose,2h PBG and HbAc1 increased(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand ASAA in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that pancreatic volume was negatively correlated with FPG,OGTT 2h blood glucose,2h PBG,HbA1c,CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand ASAA in T2DM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pancreatic volume in T2DM patients is closely related to glucose metabolism and micro inflammatory state.
