臭氧在牙科领域的应用进展

摘要 臭氧是氧气的一种同素异形体,低浓度的臭氧对机体是有益的,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌作用,可以促进血液循环和免疫应答反应,已在医药领域开发多年,在牙科领域的应用可追溯到1930年,主要作用形式有三种:气态臭氧、臭氧化水和臭氧化油,其治疗适应症几乎涵盖牙科的每一个领域。本研究旨在回顾臭氧治疗应用于牙科的文献,阐明臭氧治疗作为辅助治疗的益处,以及在口腔领域中未来的应用潜力。 Ozone(O_(3))is an allotropic oxygen compound,a powerful oxidant.Controlled ozone application has been found to be extremely safe,free from side effects,its properties are not only antimicrobial,but immunostimulating,analgesic and anti-inflammatory,It also stimulates bloodcirculation and the immune response,and has been exploited for years in industry and medicine.In Dentistry,Ozone therapy has been used for therapeutic purposes since the 19th century.In stomatology,three different forms of ozone are used:gaseous ozone,ozonated water and ozonated oil.Ozone can be used in various fields of dentistry.This review is an attempt to summarize current research on ozone,be used invarious fields of dentistry.The high potential of ozone therapy for use in medicine should be confirmed,and the best way to apply them can be obtained dentistry.
